GIHS awarded with the Highest rating, ‘DEVELOPED’ in the Distance Learning Inspection by KHDA
Dear Parents and Beloved
Students,
I am immensely overjoyed
to convey to you that in the Distant Learning
Evaluation (DLE) which was conducted by KHDA on 23rd June
2020, your beloved Gulf Indian High School, Dubai has been awarded
the Highest Rating, “Developed" (amongst
the three categories Developed, Partially Developed and Not Developed
), with 10 of the 13 parameters rated as ‘Developed’
.This is a great moment of victory for the GIHS family as it is
regarded as equivalent to getting Good in the normal
inspections. This splendid honor is a tribute to the amazing students whom we
serve, the dedicated teaching professionals and the admin & support staff
at GIHS that are supported by an exceptional parent body. Dear all, rejoice!
This success is definitely yours!
While appreciating the
impeccable guidance & support of the management and the unique dedication
& perseverance of the staff at GIHS for securing this exceptional success,
I am wordless to express my sincere thanks for the excellent behavior &
outstanding performance of our students and the never-fading support &
cooperation which the parent fraternity has extended to us during the Distance
Learning period.
Moreover, this victory
undoubtedly reflects the fact that our school can successfully meet any
challenge in the field of education. This inspection judgement
declares that the quality of teaching received by GIHS students, every day, is
of an exceptional standard and highest quality. As always, we are determined to
refine our practices and ensure that our lessons support our students in
further developing their resilience and ability to flourish, as well as having
opportunities to experience the ‘awe and wonder’ of learning. It also gives
us the strength and courage to continue adopting the best strategies
in education for the benefit of our dear students in particular and the
community as a whole.
