At GIHS, we believe that having a well-defined dress code increases discipline, fosters a healthy learning environment, and lessens distractions. All students should be able to express themselves while adhering to our dress code, which prioritizes education and respect for others.

Enforcement -
The dress code will be observed by teachers and staff. Students who are discovered to be in violation may be requested to change into more appropriate attire. Parents will be consulted with persistent infractions, and other disciplinary measures may be implemented.

The Student Success Team provides you with the skills necessary to be both academically and personally successful as a student at GIHS. A Success Coordinator is assigned to each student and offers individual student advising, both academic and holistic, upon individual request. We understand each student is unique and provide personal support to adapt to each student’s needs. The Success Coordinator guides students to explore academic goals and assists in course selection for their educational progression. We also assist in connecting students to on-campus and community resources.

If you find yourself with a question but do not know who to ask or what resources to go to, Student Success is your first stop. No question is a bad question! Your Student Success Coordinator navigates with you as you complete each academic year at GIHS and progress for your future.
